Our Five Year Plan sets out our strategic priorities for 2023-28 and how we intend to make a difference through working in partnership with the people, communities and enterprises of the South, and beyond. SOSE Framework Document

This framework document is agreed between South of Scotland Enterprise (SOSE) and the Scottish Ministers. It summarises how SOSE and the Scottish Government (SG) will work together and sets out the key roles and responsibilities of:

• SOSE’s Board and Chair;
• SOSE’s Chief Executive and Accountable Officer;
• the Scottish Ministers; and
• the Portfolio Accountable Officer within the SG whose remit includes SOSE.
